Confirmation Slip will be sent through EMAIL after I've confirm your order.

FULL PAYMENT is then to be made through POSB/DBS transfer. MeetUp for Payment is only available @ Marsiling MRT Station with $1 charge.

Currently taking Min 10 Piece FOR ALL SPREE. Once hit 10 piece, orders will be sent out to supplier within 3 days provider ALL PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED.

It takes around 14 - 30 DAYS to process for TAIWAN PRE-ORDER depending on the collection speed as well as the stock availablities.

If I fail to receive FULL PAYMENT for your orders 2 days after Confirmation Slip has been sent to you, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Placed order. She say she don't trust payment via POSB/DBS transfer so suggested a MeetUp for her payment. As stated very clearly on our webby, that we are going to submit our orders to supplier on Monday, so I asked if we can meet up on this coming Weekend so that it will not affect us from sending out orders to our supplier by Monday. First she say Saturday not free, next she agree in meeting me on Sunday at my convenient at 2.30pm. Then lastly, she smsed me saying she don't want it anymore.

Seriously, if you cannot follow all our TERMS AND CONDITION, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER TO CAUSE US TROUBLE.

Placed order and stated that she wanna make payment via POSB/DBS transfer and collect with normal postage. In the end she sms me asked if she can make payment through meetup instead. I agreed and as stated on my website, meet up for payment is only at my convenient with $1 charge. I was on my way to Marina Square and ask if we can do a meet up there, she said no and asked me to go to Parkway Parade Shopping Mall instead. I told her that is way too far for me.. In the end she say she order the item on behalf of her friend and now her friend don't want it anymore and asked for cancel of her order.

She asked me to blacklist her friend instead of her, but to be fair, we have decided to blacklist her instead for not being responsible enough to clear all doubts before placing orders.

Placed order after asking us TONS of question through tagboard,email and msn. Is good to clear your doubt but in a nice way ok?

We stated clearly on those size that are out of stock or currently not available on our website. And when she asked about that item, we try to be nice by reminding her that that item has only left XL size stated on our website. And know what's her reply? "Oh gosh XL is way too big for me. Can you get S size for me???" Next, she asked about ANOTHER item that has S,L,XL Size but NO MORE "M" Size. Again, we try to remind her about the out of stock size and she reply "Oh GOSH then what you have?" We told her NICELY again that OUT OF STOCK ARE BEYOND OUT CONTROL.. And lastly..

She FINALLY ordered a $15 item and I have make it VERY CLEAR that we're going to send out order by coming Monday.. So I told her if she really want to place order, then she has to make full payment latest by Sunday night. She agreed to it, but 10 minute after she placed her order..she msn me saying "I'm lack of cash now.. my pay haven't out yet. How?" Seriously, how would I know how??? If you have no money, then why do you want to place order?? Expect me to pay for you??

I don't earn much either, you want to buy then you should take the responsibity to pay up isn't it? After SO MANY REMINDERS ASKING HER TO MAKE HER PAYMENT ASAP, and even give her MORE TIME THAN OTHERS to make her payment..

In the end, she sms me "Hey is your bank acc number correct? I can't transfer over."

I was stunned because so far I've never heard of ATM Machine unable to transfer money. Then I confirmed my acc number with her again and tell her that all my customers got no problem EXCEPT HER. She then sms me say she can't transfer over and she want to cancel it. WTF?

SERIOUSLY, If you want to cancel order, DON'T BE A LOSER and tell me straight on the face, DON'T GIVE ME STUPID EXCUSES. Unless your bank don't even have a $15, or else in SG such a small place, ATM machine fund transfer got problem transfering money? And even if it does, isn't it your responsibities to start searching for another ATM machine for the item you asked someone else to help you order??
